Sue is definitely an expert in her field. She was able to get mulitple offers above our listed price within the first weekend of listing my parent's home. She went above and beyond, and kept me informed through out the whole process and kept in touch afterwards. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

I've been meaning to thank you Sue. I FINALLY got my permanent loan modification 2% for the next 5 years, etc. with a payment of $2,600 instead of $4,800. You were a TREMENDOUS help and Kirsten and I very much appreciate it. Maybe sometime SOON we can go out to dinner and celebrate. (This testimonial was added from an email. Sue shortsaled one of his other homes but was able to help him save his personal residence during a hardship by negotiating with the lender. It only took us a couple of weeks to find the house we wanted, but it was a short sale and someone else was ahead of us. She helped us through the whole process. Several times she came up with creative solutions to help us get the house. Even though it ended up taking 9 months Sue never gave up and at the end when it looked like the whole thing was going to fall apart due to lack of action from one of the seller's banks, she got creative again and broke the log jam. We love our house!

I started looking at houses back in Feb of 2008 and I went through 4 real estate agents and none of them can even come close t the service that Sue had offered us. not just service but her knowledge. I met Sue on Trulia because i posted a question on there and a few agents responded and Sue was one of them. I picked Sue because she stood out from the rest, her response was straightforward and to the point. I called her and thanked her. I told my fiancee that I found an agent an on Trulia and I want her to be my agent. He laughed at me saying she is in Fair Oaks, we will never be able to meet up with her, because of the distance and gas prices went up. Wrong. Sue showed up every time we would go to look at properties, she was always on time, on top of that she would do her homework before we would go out and look at properties. She mapped it out, made sure that after looking at one property we would hop in the car and drive to the next and NOT a lost minute looking in the map book, like the other agents, and believe me we would spend almost 10-15 minutes sitting in the car waiting to hit the next house. (Thank you Sue, we didn't have to do that). Sue is very well organized, honest and very friendly. She is on top of her game. Sue helped me sell my home during a difficult situation. I was living out of the the area and my ex-husband was living in the home. Sue Archer helped us sell our rental house, through the short sale process, due to a financial hardship, which took about 9 months, mostly because the lender wouldn't accept any of the offers that were coming in.
