Real estate is an industry full of myths floating around on the internet, in the neighborhood, and on the real estate market. It pays to be an informed consumer who is wary of the misconceptions. A buyer or seller is bound to get a lot of advice from friends and family who want to help. Some advice is useful, while other information can be misleading.
